Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies.

YOU CAN CANCEL/RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

Please Note your appointment will be kept only 15 mins after your appointment time. Please contact us to reschedule if you think you will be more than 15 mins late 30 min ahead. We will try our best to coordinate with your time.

30% of your service fee will be charged on late cancellation. Our cancellation window is 12 hours before appointment time. Late rescheduling is also considered to be a late cancellation. Please contact us if you can reschedule your appointment to anytime with in 3 days. We will redeem your cancellation fee as store credits.

For services require deposit, please note deposit is not refundable if you want to cancel your appointment.

All services can not be refunded. However, we will offer store credits based on the situations.

If you'd like to add services with your booked appointment but you do not see availability while you book your appointment, please leave a note for us before you check out your appointment. We will reach out to you to let you know if we have availability for extra services.

LATE SHOWS

I utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!! If you are late, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails. If it’s your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time. After you are 15 minutes late, you will need to RESCHEDULE .  If you are going to be late, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE by calling the Reservation’s Salon.

NO SHOWS

Any no shows will be charged 30% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. The cancellation policy allows me time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keep my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
