This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of our Terms of Use and the QQ NAILS AND SPA Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be conspicuously posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to you.
Information Security. QQ nails and spa does not guarantee that loss, misuse, or alteration of Collected Information will not occur, but we have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. Specifically, on our booking and storefront pages, Secure Socket Layers technology is used to encrypt information passed between your browser and our systems. The storage and communication of information can never be completely secure, so we do not guarantee that communications or other information that you submit or that are otherwise provided to us will be completely secure. 1.Personally Identifiable Information. You can visit the Site without sharing personally identifiable information, but you will be required to provide personally identifiable information in order to use certain Site features, for example, to set up an online account, to make appointments at any QQ nails and spa and to purchase gift certificates. We will collect any personally identifiable information from or about you that you choose to submit to us, which may include your name, birthdate, email address, physical address, telephone number, and payment information. Specifically, we collect your personally identifiable information when setting up your online account, in receiving and fulfilling information requests, in connection with your purchase and scheduling of products or services, and when you respond to communications from us. If you provide your wireless or other telephone number to us, you consent to receiving telephone calls and text (SMS) messages from us at that telephone number as described below. We will use your personally identifiable information to process your orders and appointment requests for products and services, to communicate with you in connection with your orders and appointments, and to provide you with information and communications that you request or that we believe are relevant or may be of interest to you, subject to applicable laws and the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2.Payment Information. Purchases of products or services, including gift certificate purchases, must be made by credit or debit card. All credit and debit card information is provided directly to our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. QQ nails and spa does not directly access or handle your credit or debit card information. To make a purchase, you will need to submit your first name, your last name, your email address, and your credit or debit card type, number, expiration date, security code, and billing address.
3.Rewards Program Information. In order to enroll in the QQ nails and spa Rewards Program you must visit a participating QQ nails and spa and provide your full name, your birthdate, a valid e-mail address, and your current zip code. You must also meet the eligibility criteria described in the QQ nails and spa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. To access your online QQ nails and spa and to link your Rewards QQ nails and spa Program membership to that online account you will need to submit your first name, last name, telephone number, and email address.
4.Appointment Information. In order to schedule an appointment for QQ nails and spa services online you will need to identify the type(s) of services to be scheduled and you will need to submit your first name, last name, and email address. You may also provide your age or birthdate and physical address. Additionally, when you arrive for an appointment, it is your responsibility to provide your allergies, medications and any applicable medical conditions.
5.Mailing List Information. If you sign up or otherwise opt in to receive promotions from us, you will need to submit your email address. We will use this information to provide you with promotional and other electronic communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the applicable email or by requesting any QQ nails and spa location to remove you from our mailing lists.
6.Refer a Friend. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about the Site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site. We will store this information for purposes of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

15. Text Messages. To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message received. Consenting to receiving text messages is not required to buy goods or services, to make an appointment, or to otherwise do business with us. To update your email and text preferences, contact any QQ nails and spa or you may update your account preferences online.
16.Each locations We make Collected Information available to each individual QQ nails and spa for purposes of providing you with our products and services and responding to your requests for information. Each QQ nails and spa may be owned by a partner as a separate legal entity from us, however all Customer lists and information are the sole property of QQ nails and spa customer lists and information may not be duplicated, downloaded , extracted, re-created or shared .In addition, information that you provide with any individual center is maintained by us part of you QQ nails and spa account.
17.Sharing Collected Information with Our Suppliers. We may share Collected Information with our Site management and hosting supplier, payment processors, marketing and public relations service providers, email service suppliers, and other suppliers as necessary for us to provide the Site and our products and services to you and as may otherwise be permitted by applicable law. We may use Collected Information: to analyze, develop, and improve the content, materials, products, and services that we make available through the Site and the Site’s functionality; to inform fundraising, marketing, and communication plans and strategies; to evaluate user needs and customize Site content, promotional emails, and your browsing experience; and for other legitimate and lawful business purposes.
19.Aggregate Data. We may aggregate personally identifiable information and other Collected Information to create anonymous aggregate data on Site users, which describes users as a group but does not reveal the identity of individual users.
